Beer Description
True to west coast style but made by a Minnesota brewery. Big in hops flavor and aroma with high alcohol to boot. Simple 2-row barley mixed with a little dextrin malt and unique German Carmel Munich malt is all it takes. We want the hops to be the showcase here. Galena for bittering then barrages of Centennial, Chinook, Apollo and Palisade late in the boil and again in the dry hop. The 7% ABV will creep up on you and the high IBU go great with spicy food or your favorite cheeseburger.
