Beer Description
This recipe was our second Imperial IPA ever brewed, created to celebrate the survival of our second year in business. It was first brewed on March 7, 2005. The brewing process for this batch involved only using the first three quarters of wort from the mash, and then doubling the boil time. Then, this Imperial IPA was aged in Bourbon Barrels for 8 months.
