Beer Description
Inspired by premium ales from England, our ESB splits the difference between a pale ale and an ESB. This ale’s namesake
was an English transplant to Boerne.
In 1878, 19-year-old William George Hughes left England, settled in Boerne, and became a prominent rancher. Willy died tragically in a train accident in 1902. This tribute English-style ale has just enough hop bite to counter its pale grain maltiness.
