Beer Description
The spruce adds a hop-like flavor with a crisp and earthy finish. Oh yeah, we also had these Galaxy hops so we thought we’d throw those in to compliment the spruce. The rye used in the beer gives a nice body and balance for this unique and tasty beer.
Made from fresh spruce tips hand-picked by Colorado elves (who are required to wear Santa hats during the harvest) that are only produced once a year. The spruce adds a hop-like flavor with a crisp and earthy finish. Oh yeah, we also had these Galaxy hops, so we thought we’d throw those in to complement the spruce.
