This hoppy west coast IPA uses Carafa Malt to reach a rich black color.
This award winning beer was made to be a seasonal, but created such a rapid following that it’s now a mainstay. This hoppy west coast IPA uses Carafa Malt to reach a rich black color. In 2014 Lynnwood Brewing Concern took home a Silver Medal for Best in Show at the World Beer Cup in Denver. Additionally, at the Carolina’s Championship of Beer, Once You Go took home a Gold in it’s category as well as the 2nd Place Best in Show of the competition.
