Base beer is a saison brewed with Belgian candy sugar, soured in a french oak white wine barrel with rose petals added to barrel.

On the sour scale from 1-10, its about a 5 or 6 – acidic, tart chardonnay notes from the wine barrel. Very complex flavors when the pint comes up to 50-55 degrees after being poured.
