A smoky aroma with underlying sweet caramel malt. Flavor is smoke at first but gives way to a delicious malty goodness. Smooth with a light hop bitterness.
Inspired by the beers of Bamberg, Germany, this beer is brewed with Rauch, Munich, and Chocolate malts. The smokey aroma and malt sweetness balance perfectly to create a bacon-like and warming complexity.
