Let us introduce, CEiLí, a smooth and easy-drinking traditional Irish Red Ale. Appropriately named after the Irish word for party, CEiLí arrives just in time for spring. Slightly sweet and lightly hopped, a touch of roasted barley gives CEiLí an amber hue and somewhat dry finish. Maris Otter 2-row malt and lower carbonation impart a rounded mouth feel and relaxed head. Let the CEiLí begin!
