Beer Description
A robust, flavorful Blonde ale that delivers a bit more of a wallop then a classic example of this popular style of beer.
We begin with both Pale and Pilsner malts and throw in a touch of both Melanoiden and Rye for a subtle spiciness and a rich body. Then, we add an early addition of Citra hops and finish with repeated, late kettle additions of Citra until flame-out. This beer represents a unique – albeit a bit twisted – take on a style of beer that has been a staple of the craft beer revolution from the beginning.
