Driven by insane perfectionism, the Chocolatier doses the concoction with rolled oats to smooth the body, and layers in specialty malts to add caramel notes.
A love triangle of chocolate malt, locally produced cocoa nibs and deep bitter Dutched chocolate from France are blended together by the Chocolatier to seduce the sense and satisfy the insatiable desire for cocoa.
