Beer Description
Formerly known as HBC 366, this hop was released to the craft brewing community as Equinox. This hop has hugely concentrated amounts of the various complex hydrocarbons that provide the flavors and aromas that we’ve all come to love in these new designer hops. A big tropical bouquet of pineapple and lime mingles with faint hints of citrus, pine and pepper. Hop School’s familiar malt backbone carries you through to a firm, fruity and piney bitterness.
