This is a series that focuses exclusively on the often over-looked beauty and complexity of Lagers. The first in our series is a dry-hopped Amber Lager. This bready and medium bodied lager is dry-hopped with Wakatu and Amarillo hops on top of the layered complexity of tettnang and Saaz hops in the kettle.
