Beer Description
I’m pretty convinced that if the whole musician thing hadn’t worked for Johnny Cash he would have made some pretty good beer. Specifically he would have made a nice Robust Porter that weighed in about 6%, hopped with First Gold, and it certainly would have been Black. Well, since as far as I can tell he didn’t actually get around to brewing we jumped in and did it. Our Porter uses a Classic London Yeast strain and plays guitar pretty well. Next time you’re looking for a comfy pint just say “Hey! Porter!”
