Beer Description
We begin with huge amounts of wheat which gives a pleasing grainy character to the beer.
This marries well with the bold citrus and peppery esters derived from our French yeast strain and creates a very drinkable, yet complex Saison. Responsible amounts of European hops are thrown in at the end of the boil to provide a nice grassy character with the slightest hint of lemon.
