Beer Description
Checkerboard presents himself mildly resinous with pineapple notes, more & more pungent as he warms, from bushels of Warrior & Centennial hops in the late stages of the boil, and sporting a cloudy appearance from the addition of 10+% white wheat, we have used another raw sugar to accentuate this high-gravity fella – some blonde Philippine Muscovado sugar.
