This beer is an all out Gourmet Beer! It starts out as a Blonde Ale, but fresh Basil and Lemon add a delightful Spring feeling to it. It’s very minimally hopped, giving some spicy, floral, and grapefruit characteristics. Then, we add a bit of honey
This beer is an all out Gourmet Beer! It starts out as a Blonde Ale, but fresh Basil and Lemon add a delightful Spring feeling to it. It’s very minimally hopped, giving some spicy, floral, and grapefruit characteristics. Then, we add a bit of honey at the end of the brew, in order to give it a little sweetness. The freshness will follow through, from the aroma, all the way to the last drop.
