Beer Description
This beer is a Best Bitter that is showcasing mid-range drinkability balanced with malt and hop character. We used Marris Otter and victory malts giving a very traditional biscuity malt flavor and used traditional Golding and Fuggle UK hops which are more earthy and spicy than citrus or piney American hops and dry hopped with Australian Helga hops which is an Australian variety known for delicate herbal and floral notes. Brewed with a separate British yeast.
