The hops give a very characteristic flavor and sweet scent . Addition of hops is used clear undirgerjandi Pilsen malt and yeast.
Brion was the first beer from the City brewery. Brio is a so-called pilsner beer but unlike many Icelanders keep the beer not Letto, but light lagerbjór from the city Pilsen in Bohemia ( in the west, the Czech Republic ).
