The heavy use of wheat gives this beer a lighter mouthfeel and a slight doughy or “wheaty” taste.
White Walls is a wheat IPA with 100% Citra Hops. The heavy use of wheat gives this beer a lighter mouthfeel and a slight doughy or “wheaty” taste. The exclusive use of Citra hops in this beer creates aromas and flavors of citrus, tropical fruits, and lime that burst through the light malt profile. Unlike many wheat beers, this beer drinks very similarly to many of our hoppy offering, with no clove, banana, or spiced flavors that you get in many traditional wheat beers, such as Hefeweizen.
