We conditioned The Mayan, our Chipotle Chocolate Stout in Islay Oak barrels for a year, and the result is a beast of a beer. Smokey, rich and complex, it is 8% and quite simply incredible. Only 700 bottles were hand-bottled, so act fast to get your hands on this limited special release.
