Pours bright gold with a fine, creamy head, releasing grapefruit and pineapple hop aromas, along with mild fruity esters from the Belgian yeast. Malty sweetness hits the palate first, in true Belgian Tripel form, followed by citrus and tropical fruit from the Citra and Calypso dry hopping, leading into plum with a hint of clove spiciness.
