Beer Description

Brewed for his wedding to his Belgian fiancé, Katchiri’s Bier is a marriage of geography and historical beer styles.

A strong Belgian saison or farmhouse ale was brewed with an abundance of American citrusy and berry-like hops, and then aged for months in French Chardonnay barrels. 8.5% abv is well hidden behind spicy phenols, tart esters, oak, and aromas of fresh pear, berry, orange, and apricot.
