Beer Description
A rich blend of barrel fermented Dabinett and Redfield apples create this semi-sweet and full bodied cider.
We created this cider to satisfy our customers who desire something a little less dry than many of our other ciders. The barrel fermentation supported the sweet notes with oak-y goodness. The beautiful tannic qualities of the Redfield apple are highlighted in this rich and full bodied cider, and it is a lovely accompaniment to a piece of perfectly ripe cheese. A wild fermentation with no added sugar.
