Beer Description
This one is about as close as it gets though, with the fermentable sugars coming from sorghum and molasses.
Obviously, no beer made in a traditional brewery can truly be free of all gluten. 84lbs of raspberries are added to the beer following primary fermentation, drowning out that all too familiar gluten-free taste typical of these beers. Somewhat tart and bright pink in color, the beer has been a hit with the gluten-free crowd.
