Beer Description
Cellarman Marty dubbed these barrels “High There!” and “Dear John” and topped them off with Institutionalized Barleywine.
About a year ago two random cognac barrels showed up on our loading dock. The resulting brew has deep aromas and flavors of stone fruits, bourbon, molasses, toasted coconut and vanilla.
