Beer Description
This cream ale harkens back to a time before lagering or cold fermentation was in use in the U.S. Our style utilizes American 2 Row, flaked maize (or corn) for sweetness, and a hint of Cascade hops for balance. Rebel Ale is designed to be one of our “gateway beers” to introduce the non-craft drinker to the craft brew world and at the same time present a lesser known style to people that already enjoy craft beer. A light, crisp, pale gold beer – meet Riley’s Rebel Ale.
