Beer Description
Bigger, meaner, and with stubby little T-Rex arms! Hoptopus Rex showcases what a Washington-brewed Triple IPA can be. This year’s hops were classic Cascade plus two new experimental hop varieties: ADHA 527 and ADHA 529, grown at Roy Farms in Yakima Valley as part of the American Dwarf Hop Association’s breeding program. We’re getting Green Curry, Tropical, Mango, Liquorice, Spice and Fenugreek.
