Beer Description
Names after Monsieur Michelin a French cider maker and all round Grand Chien of the apple world the Michelin apple is typical of Normandy where apple quality and flavour is reknown. Brown’s Apple is a much sharper traditional English apple which gives this cider its crisp edge. Both apple varieties drop from the tree of their own accord when ripe so no ladders or harvesting paraphernalia is needed, if ever there were a lazy man’s cider this is it.
