Beer Description
We steeped freshly-cut Jalapeno and Habanero peppers in Bourbon for a week prior to adding them to this beer, along with real chocolate. This is the perfect balance of the sweet and the heat. Pepper flavors are apparent first, alongside rich cocoa and hints of vanilla and oak. The finish is relatively dry, until the heat of the peppers creeps into play, lingering long after sipping.
