Our Saison has a lower ABV than modern versions and is closer to the original style so itβs easy drinking to beat the summer heat.
In the classic tradition of Farmhouse Ales we brew our Saison during the winter months and serve it in the summer then infuse it with a dose of American Rock & Roll! What else would you expect from our all-star team at Covington Brewhouse?
