Beer Description
Our version of this historic style of stout was brewed with the meat and shells of raw oysters and Japanese Seaweed. It is black in color, with a creamy medium body and low carbonation. It has briny aromas, reminiscent of a rocky shoreline on the Atlantic Coast of Ireland. Dry, roasted, dark malt flavors dominate the flavor profile, with a noticeable salt flavor from the seaweed and oysters, which makes the other flavors brighter.
