Beer Description
Brewed entirely from Pale malt and augmented in the boil with clear Belgian candy sugar.
A twist on the French expression “Be?te Noire.” Be?te Blanche is extremely drinkable, blonde and somewhat treacherous. Bittered with German Northern Brewer and finished with Styrian Goldings hops. Fermented with Belgian ale yeast. Aged in Washington’s Januik Winery red wine barrels.
