Beer Description
A satisfying, peppery blend of 85% Bulleit Rye and 15% Bulleit Bourbon aged with peach cognac, ginger, and house made mint/wormwood bitters. It hits the palate with a smooth sweet fruit note with peppery, oaky tones coating the tongue and providing a creamy, lacing mouth feel and finish. Slowly aged in house with exacting skill to provide a spirit that is best served neat.
