A golden, light bodied Belgian style pale ale with Centennial and Chinook hops in the kettle and loaded with Mosaic hops post fermentation.
This beer made its first appearance last year as βThe Rick Takes a Wife.βΒ The unique and classic yeast strain lends complexity to the bright American hops to create a balanced beer with notes of lemon, melon, and tropical fruit.
