Beer Description
Named after the stamp sold from this building, this double dry hopped Imperial IPA is juicy with notes of citrus, tropical stone fruit, melon and berries.
This beer is all about the hops. The malt and yeast are merely a delivery method. I used a blend of 6 secret hops. It took me years to obtain some of them. 5 are grown in America and 1 is grown in New Zealand. Hops are added to the mash, 4 times in the boil, and dry hopped twice in the fermentor. It is medium bodied and light amber in color. It is slightly cloudy because it is unfiltered. Filtering would remove some aroma, so we donโt want that! And speaking of aromas there are a lot.
