Beer Description
This second release from Fat Head’s new Sour Beer Program is fermented fully with a Brettanomyces yeast strain and aged for 8 months creating a refreshingly tart brew with a complex aroma of bright tropical fruit and citrus notes, classic underlying “funky” Brettanomyces characteristics, and a long, dry, thirst quenching finish.
