Beer Description
We took one of our favorite Belgian farmhouse yeast strains and built a full-bodied Double IPA around it, citrus and floral hop characteristics from continually adding Amarillo and Simcoe hops at every turn of the process couple exceptionally well with the delicate nuances of vanilla and spicy yeast notes. Full, bready and biscuit malt flavors round out this audaciously brewed DIPA.
