A traditional saison perfect for bringing in the summer solstice and brewed for our anniversary! Brewed in the saison style typical of the south of Belgium and northern France. This beer is crafted with French pilsen malt, rye, malted oat and wheat layered with spicy and earthy hops from Slovenia. Fermentation with a French saison yeast provides a bright citrus fruitiness and crisp, tart finish.
