This Beer was Engineered by Thomas of School House Growler who teaches brewing at Kennesaw University, and Bram who both put together a unique recipe using a hard to get Omega dipa yeast used in Vermont’s Heady Topper IPA. Hop Bill is; Equinox, Falconers Flight, and Citra Hops. Remember, when you order you are supporting the “little guy”!
