Beer Description
We have taken one of our favourite IPAs and fermented it solely with Brettanomyces. This super fresh dry hopped brett IPA is basically a glass full of tropical fruits and citrus. Utilizing the same recipe for our Vic Secret IPA, the brettanomyces has added an element of passionfruit and pineapple as well as a dryness that will have you begging for more. In true Nøgne Ø style we have opted away from the norm and created something extraordinary.
