Our exceptional West Coast-Influenced India Pale Ale is very likely the only India Pale Ale of its kind brewed in Massachusetts. We add more hops to this beer than any other beer we brew.
Our exceptional West Coast-Influenced India Pale Ale is very likely the only India Pale Ale of its kind brewed in Massachusetts. We add more hops to this beer than any other beer we brew. More than 3.5 pounds per barrel! We add hops in the mash, throughout the 90 minute boil, during the whirlpool, in the hopback during the cooling process. Once fermentation is complete, we add 1.5 pounds per barrel straight into the conditioning tank. All these additions bring quite an amazing hop experience. This beer is not just a bitter beer, but a well-balanced hop focused, and skillfully designed piece of art. demand saTisfacTion!
