Beer Description

Brion was the first beer from the city of Brugg house . Brion is a so-called pilsner beer but unlike many Icelanders hold a pilsner not Letto , but light lagerbjór from the city Pilsen in Bohemia ( in the west, the Czech Republic ) . This beer style first surfaced in the mid-19th century and became so popular that most of the beer drunk is today one way or another based on this style . Used German humlayrki , Mittelfrüh from Hallertau in Bavaria , in the beer . These hops give a very characteristic flavor and sweet scent . In addition hops used clear Pilsen malt and yeast undirgerjandi .
