Beer Description
This is a bigger version of our Nut Brown Ale with the same vanilla/nutty roasted barley, sweet dark toffee nose with a hint of macadamia nut in the background. The flavor is of nuts, vanilla, dark toffee and alcohol warmth due to the size of this big boy. As this beer warms, the macadamia flavor lingers on the tongue and in the nose. Roasted macadamia nuts were added to enhance the nuttiness and increase mouth feel & body. This beer will pair well with roasted meats as well as dark chocolate desserts or as an after dinner desert by itself.
