Beer Description
Schell’s Hefeweizen is made with 60% wheat malts and 40% barley malt.
We use an authentic wheat beer yeast culture, which gives the beer a fruity ale character dominated by a citrus-like tartness. A slice of lemon is traditionally served with this type of wheat beer.
