Beer Description
This is a sweet style stout that’s dark, smooth, and roasty with Roch chocolate notes. Brewed with a variety of dark malted barley, as well as Biscuit malt to represent the graham cracker in an actual smores. Milk sugar is added to the boil to contribute residual body and sweetness. Aged with raw fair-trade cacao nibs to infuse actual chocolate flavor. A dark and smooth sweet stout brewed with roasted barley, biscuit and chocolate malts, complex sugar, and aged on rich cacao nibs. Inspired by the many smores consumed as kids during family camping trips.
