A beer with hints of chocolate and caramel. The Willamette hop gives this almost sweet beer its balance while the East Kent Goldings give it that nice, moderate, bitter finish. Aromas of biscuit and malt really make this a great complement to most meals, and its modest alcohol content (5.5%) makes it a beer that can be enjoyed without worry.
