Beer Description
This is a version of the Seersucker Summer Pilsner which includes the addition of chili peppers.
The beer is produced in the brewhouse and fermented and aged in the same manner as Seersucker. After aging, the beer is cask conditioned with chili peppers added to the cask. The spice and heat from the peppers complement the sweetness of the malt and pleasant hop aroma.
