Beer Description
Our " hops laboratory ," the Holy Cow is made in collaboration with the Brewery Green Flash Brewing Co., San Diego , CA.
In this second edition , we use a mix of four varieties of hops during the manufacturing process : Columbus , which contributes to an intense citrus ; Chinook, one of the most spicy hops of the universe; and the Australian Galaxy , contributing a touch of tropical fruit. In dry hopping again comes the Galaxy to bring out the intensity of tropical fruits, but this time accompanied by citrus and aromatic and an extra charge of Amarillo hops to close with key. A lot of hops.
