Beer Description
We took a note outta the recipe book of that most famous of Doctors and used 23 different ingredients in this lush and layered Belgian Stout. 14 malts carry this beer through a spectrum of flavor from licorice to toast to cherry to coffee. Mild floral and herbal notes from 7 different hops add subtle texture to a robust and roasty beer. Take a sip of a brew inspired by Texas’ drink of choice and declare: ‘I’m Bepper!’
