Beer Description
Hornbeer Imperial IPA is a little stronger action than regular IPA. There is used a little more of everything . Originally IPA’erne intended for the English sailors who had to travel all the way to India. It is 200 years ago. For the beer should stay fresh , it was brewed with high alcohol content and high bitterness from the hops. We are so gone one step further . Have used a bit more malt , a little more hops. Try Hornbeer Imperial IPA toasted rye bread with gorgonzola or other distinctive soft cheese . IPA’ens bitterness along with the cheese crisp taste fit great together.
